Healthy WEEKDAY plans

This plan provides delicious meals for 5 week days. Great for the professionals working long hours and no time to cook or multiple orders for the family on the go duing the weekdays.  This plan is a great alternative to eating fast food for lunch and take out for dinner.

The healthy meals are based on the old 1200 calorie per day menu and the healthy+ meals are based on the old 1800 calorie per day menu. All meals are low fat, low sodium, heart healthy and prepared with whole wheat carbs.
